In this project, I provided comprehensive executive and administrative support to a real estate agent and a startup founder, managing their calendars, communications, and client follow-ups. By taking over these time-consuming responsibilities, I freed up 15+ hours per week for each client, enabling them to concentrate on growth and strategy.

    Managed and synchronized calendars using Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, scheduling appointments, setting reminders, and avoiding conflicts.

  • Email Management
    Organized inboxes, prioritized emails, drafted responses, and flagged urgent messages using Gmail and Outlook to ensure nothing was missed.

  • Client Follow-Up System
    Created and maintained a structured follow-up process using HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, set reminders, and ensure timely follow-ups.

    Prepared and formatted documents, presentations, and reports using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office to ensure professionalism and consistency.
